At BookishBoards, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns Due to the handcrafted and made to order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Once an order is placed, production begins immediately and we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.
Refunds Because every order goes into production immediately after purchase, we are unable to offer refunds. All sales are final.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.
30-Day Warranty Our 30-Day Warranty covers your order only in the event that it arrives damaged or defective. If your item arrives in this condition, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and we will resolve the issue. The warranty does not cover damage caused after delivery, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- All items are final sale due to the made to order nature of our products
- Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
- Items returned without contacting us first
Order Cancellations Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed as production begins immediately after purchase.
Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
